The Fontana Chamber of Commerce and the City of Fontana are presenting the annual State of the City Address on Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The event will be held at the Fontana Park Jesse Turner Community Center located at 15556 Summit Avenue, Fontana, CA 92336.

We will have a morning and lunch session. The morning session is to accommodate city employees, the general public and those unable to
attend the luncheon as well as overflow. Breakfast sponsor will receive Name/Logo on all advertising. Name/Logo on printed material at event.

$2,000 – Gold Sponsor
All Gold Sponsors will receive: Name on all advertising; Name on printed material at event; Acknowledgement of company from podium. Includes four (4) Lunch Tickets, “Tent” Card with Name on sponsored table.
$1,000 – Silver Sponsor
All Silver Sponsors will receive: Name on all advertising. Name on back of program: Acknowledgement of company from the podium. Two (2) Lunch Tickets.
$35.00 - Individual Tickets
